Smarttoys has a 7 Days Exchange & Return Policy except: Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, Stationery & Baby Care Items. You may please send the parcel to us through any courier company at the following address:

Please note that items must be unused and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the items reach us, we will issue you a voucher through email which will be redeemable on your next purchase.

• If you wish to return a product without any specific reason, delivery charges for the return will not be refunded by Smarttoys.
• Items purchased online can also be returned and exchanged at any Smarttoys outlet, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above in the Return and Exchange Policy.
